We understand that funerals often happen with very short notice. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, ideally within a day of confirming the service. This gives us time to thoughtfully prepare your funeral catering package, work with you to finalise menu selections, and ensure we provide the support your family needs.

Estimating guest numbers for a funeral or wake catering service can be challenging, and it’s one of the most common questions we’re asked. We’re here to help guide you through it.
Start by considering close family and friends, followed by any clubs, community groups, or churches the deceased was involved with. If they were still working, it’s also likely that colleagues may attend. Once you’ve gathered a rough estimate, we generally recommend adding a small buffer to account for unexpected guests.
With our extensive experience in funeral catering across Melbourne, we’re happy to help you refine the numbers and ensure there’s enough for everyone, without unnecessary waste.
